  I have regularly used the angel as it is cheap and cheerful however after my experience on Friday night I will it be returning as I'm sure many others won't be either.
  
  I placed a telephone order for food and was told it was quite busy and there would be a 30 minute wait before pick up, this was fine. When I arrived 30 minutes later I can only described what I faced as a circus the waiting area was rammed with disgruntled customers who had been waiting over an hour for food! I thought to myself I'm glad I ordered however how wrong was I, I had to wait 1hr 15 minutes for my order dispite already waiting 30 minutes at home so 1hr 45 minutes for food!!
  
  Whilst I was waiting there the staff were like headless chickens trying their best under the clear evil dictatorship of their boss! When telephone orders were coming in the young girl on the phone was telling everyone the delivery and pick up times were 1-1.5 hr however the owner would overrule the young girls honesty and told her to tell the customers 20 minutes! Dispite a clearly distraught and exhausted cook in the back shouting it will be over 2 hrs.
  
  This owner clearly puts profit before the interests of her customers and is not fit to serve the public.
  
  They way she treated her staff that night was disgusting and I am very surprised they can tolerate they way she speaks to them.
  
  I shan't be using the Angel again!
